Human patch test is performed to evaluate the potential skin reaction (mainly irritation) in response to a single exposure of cosmetic products. The test sample (cosmetic product) is applied to the skin test sites of the panelists via finn chambers at a suitable concentration for 24 hours. The evaluation of skin reaction will be observed and assessed at 30mins (or 1hour), 24 hours and 48 hours after removal of finn chambers.
