Without the correct lubrication, gearbox and transmission lubricants may experience metal-on-metal contact resulting in unwanted wear to the mechanism. Use of the correct lubricant will help protect your equipment from excessive wear, overheating, and the effects of external contamination. This will improve operational efficiency and equipment lifespan and reduce unscheduled downtime.
Our gear oil testing & analysis service is to determine the equipment condition to prevent mechanical issues and failure.

SERVICE SCOPE
Our Oil Condition Monitoring (OCM) lab offers, through periodic oil sampling and analysis, a fast and cost effective means of closely monitoring deterioration in engine oil condition, allowing timely preventive maintenance.
The report from OCM Lab includes:
