INTRODUCTION
Contamination of hydraulic fluids with water, dust, grit or particles can lead to wear and damage to a machine s valves, motors and actuators. The main function of hydraulic fluid is to transfer power and heat, but if it is compromised by contamination it becomes less effective and can degrade in quality until it ceases to function.
Our hydraulic oil testing and analysis service is to determine the cleanliness to avoid contamination.

SERVICE SCOPE
Our Oil Condition Monitoring (OCM) lab offers, through periodic oil sampling and analysis, a fast and cost effective means of closely monitoring deterioration in engine oil condition, allowing timely preventive maintenance.
The report from OCM Lab includes:

Viscosity at 40 deg C and 100 deg C Water Content (WKF, Seta, Distillation methods) Appearance (visual inspection) Total Acid Number (TAN) Particle count ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma Metal Analysis) - Oil Diagnosis
