Service Scope
The impact of technology on the products consumers use in their homes cannot be overestimated. People want safety, reliability, and efficiency from their products, but they also want high performance.
Aside from the usual electrical safety concerns, appliances such as kettles and coffee makers must be stable when placed on a flat surface to ensure the hot liquid does not cause any harm.
This service ensures appliances other than fixed appliances and hand-held appliances, intended to be used on a surface such as a floor or a table, shall have adequate stability.

Remarks
Only applicable test items will be conducted on selected product nature and destination market. A detailed test item list will be included in order confirmation email upon order purchase.
Turnaround time (TAT) and service price are subjected to the content specified in the service scope and feature. Failure to provide test-ready samples or application documents would cause a longer period of TAT. TAT is subjected to the successful receipt of all necessary ready-for-testing samples and other materials (if any)
