Service Scope
Thermal cycling is the test of cycling on your product through two set temperature extremes, usually at a somewhat high rate of change of temperature. As there are a couple of ways a change in temperature can damage your product or system. Understanding how your material and design risk incurring damage leading to product failure permits you to design and interpret the life testing results appropriately.
In many of the situations, products are used under extremely high temperatures and some of the products will have defects due to the high temperature effect. Therefore, SGS can offer a high temperature testing as simulating the product’s actual use condition. This testing can help manufacturers to understand the performance of the product before launching to the market.

Test Description
Test sample will be stored in a specific Temperature & % of R.H for 24 hours or more (depends on client request). Observation on the tested sample will be provided on the report.
