Gym accessories shall comply with chemical requirements according to EU REACH & U.S. CA Prop 65 requirements. Here is the related chemical mandatory testing for compliance. The test will be conducted in compliance with the following standards
- EU REACH Regulation
- Lead
- Cadmium
- Short Chain Chlorinated Paraffin (SCCP) Content
- Organotin
- Phthalates
- 8 Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs)
- PCP
- DMFu
- Azo Dye
- US Regulation
- Prop 65 Court case – Phthalates
- Prop 65 Court case – Lead & Cadmium
Specific testing of gym accessories is required for the EU and US markets
- Fiber content (EU) standard
- In house method to ensure the product meets the product claim / labeling requirement

Test Description
There are specific standards required to be tested for compliance in the US and EU markets. Therefore, the following tests will be included according to the US / EU market test package.

| Prop 65 Court Case (US California) | Chemical testing according to US California Proposition 65. The specific court case will be selected. |

| Label claimed verification (if applicable) | SGS will review the label claimed and apply applicable testing |
Remarks
Only applicable test items will be conducted on selected product nature and destination market. A detailed test item list will be included in order confirmation email upon order purchase. If the battery is included, additional battery requirements shall be arranged.
