Prop 65: Approaches to Compliance

Prop 65 is a consumer “right-to-know law”. Unless exempted, businesses may not expose individuals to a listed chemical without first giving a “clear and reasonable warning” (a Prop 65 warning), nor discharge a listed chemical into sources of drinking water.  SGS offers different approaches to advise businesses on strategies for compliance.
